4.6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Copyright Infringement Counter-Notice
If you believe that content you posted on Infobidz was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement claim, you have the right to file a Copyright Infringement Counter-Notice. To file a counter-notice, please provide the following information:
5.1. Your physical or electronic signature.
5.2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its location on Infobidz.
5.3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
5.4. Sufficient contact information for us to reach you, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5.5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright infringement notice or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers
Infobidz reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrights.
Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid Copyright Infringement Notice or Copyright Infringement Counter-Notice, Infobidz will evaluate the claim and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. Infobidz will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the content about the copyright infringement claim and the subsequent action taken.
User Responsibilities and Representations
By using Infobidz, users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload, post, and share the content they submit on the platform. Users agree not to infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others while using Infobidz.
